Request account & data deletion

Permanently delete your Wordeo account and all personal data linked to it. Sign in with the same method you used in the app.

How it works

Choose the sign-in method you used in the Wordeo app, and pick the same account.
After signing in, confirm the deletion.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Sign out of Wordeo and delete the app on your devices to remove local data too.

Data that will be deleted

Your account and sign-in details (provider account ID, and your name and email address if the provider shared them).
Registered devices and push notification tokens.
Settings and notification schedule.
Purchase and subscription records and usage counters.

Good to know

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
Server logs may keep technical records of past requests for up to 6 months, after which they are deleted.
You can also delete your account inside the app: Profile → Delete account.
